Return Policy

At Jones Road Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following guidelines:

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• You must initiate the return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required to process the return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on the following items:

• Used or opened products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
• Gift cards, sale, or promotional items.
• Products purchased from third-party retailers (outside of jonesroadbeauty.store).

3. How to Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

• Contact Us: Email us at info@jonesroadbeuaty.store or call +1 (707) 729-0550 with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
• Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for returning the item.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
• Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns of opened or used items that are still in resellable condition.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different shade or product, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Once the return is processed, we will send out the replacement item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. We will resolve the issue promptly by either offering a replacement or issuing a refund, at no extra cost to you.

7. International Returns
Currently, we only accept returns from U.S. orders. We do not offer returns for international shipments at this time.
